Mannström Terms & Customer Service

1. General Information

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may return purchased products within 14 days from the date you received them. Returned items must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging. Please note that gift cards, custom sizes, and special orders, including bespoke pieces, cannot be returned for a refund.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your order and place a new one.Before sending anything back, contact us at hello@mannstromjewellery.com.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items and confirm they meet the return conditions, we will refund your payment. Shipping costs, both domestic and international, are non-refundable unless the product sent was incorrect or faulty. Refund times may vary depending on your card provider.

Pick-up from Atelier Mannström is always free, and you can also return your order to the store at no additional cost.

2. Order Processing Time

For in-stock items, orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Items made to order may take 1–2 weeks before shipping. If you're unsure about a specific item's timing, feel free to contact us directly.

3. Payments

You can pay for your online order using Visa, MasterCard, and Apple Pay. All online payments are securely processed through Stripe.

At our studio, you can pay by card.

4. Product Availability

All currently available products are displayed in our online store. Due to simultaneous orders, some items may sell out before the site updates.

If we are unable to fulfill your order after payment has been made, we will refund you in full and notify you by email.

Please note that prices may change without notice. Mannström reserves the right to modify or discontinue products or services at any time without prior notice. We are not responsible for any resulting impact to you or third parties.

5. Delivery Times & Prices

Orders are shipped via Posti within Finland and typically arrive in 1–3 business days. All domestic orders include tracking. For international Express orders, we use FedEx.

Some items may require 1–2 weeks to prepare before dispatch. For specific delivery time estimates, please contact us.

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking link so you can follow your shipment in real time.

Delivery costs:
Finland – 20 €
EU countries standard – 20 €
EU countries Express – 40 €  (FedEx)
Non-EU countries – 40 € (FedEx)

All prices are in euros and include Finnish VAT of 25,5%. Postage and handling fees are automatically added at checkout. Orders are sent via Priority Mail with tracking.

Please allow up to 7 days for international deliveries.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees charged by their country.

Pick-up from Atelier Mannström is always free, and you can also return your order to the store at no additional cost.

6. Studio Visits

You’re always welcome to visit our atelier in Helsinki. Pick-ups and returns can be arranged by appointment.

7. Repair & Maintenance

All Mannström pieces come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. During this period, we provide complimentary maintenance services, including cleaning, re-threading, and repairs. All work is handled by our trusted goldsmiths with great care and expertise.

After the one-year warranty period, these services remain available for a fee. We’ll always confirm the cost with you before starting any work.

For items purchased through a stockist, please contact them directly to begin the repair or return process.

At Mannström, every piece is made with care and intention. We believe in timeless design, quality craftsmanship, and small-batch production.

We work closely with skilled artisans to ensure that each item is made to last—and to be loved for years to come. We are committed to thoughtful sourcing and long-term wearability over fast fashion.
